Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an incredible experience by responding to queries about sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organise fitting rooms and display the latest trends while keeping the stockroom orderly.
• Offer a quick, friendly and efficient checkout experience, handling customer queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, process and check new deliveries, move products to the sales floor and ensure they are correctly priced while maintaining high standards.

About you

• Passion for working with people and creating incredible experiences.
• Honesty, good communication and listening skills, with the ability to share ideas and get involved when needed.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork, high motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
• Ideally, professional experience in a dynamic retail environment.
• Knowledge of languages, including sign language, is valued.
