About the role

As a Retail Assistant at Primark, you will help customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience in the Tarragona - Parc Central store.

Contract and hours

• Permanent contract
• Part-time schedule
• Working hours from 5:00 to 14:00
• Average of 12 hours per week, across an average of 2 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an excellent experience by answering questions about sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organise fitting rooms, display the latest trends and keep the stockroom tidy and organised.
• Provide a fast, friendly and efficient checkout experience, handling customer queries, cancellations and returns.
• Receive, process and check new deliveries, move products to the sales floor and ensure prices are correct.
