Retail Assistant - Dependiente/a
Location: MN Parque Sur, Leganés, Spain
Contract: Fijo Discontinuo (permanent seasonal contract). Monday to Sunday, including public holidays when stores are open. Shift: 15:30 to 00:30. Average 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an incredible experience by answering questions about sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organise fitting rooms, display the latest trends and keep the stockroom tidy and organised.
- Offer a fast, friendly and efficient checkout experience, handling customer queries, cancellations and returns.
- Receive, process and check new deliveries, move products to the sales floor, and ensure they are correctly priced and meet Primark's high standards.
About you
- Passion for working with people and creating incredible experiences.
- Honesty, good communication and the ability to listen, share ideas and get involved when needed.
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, high motivation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
- Ideally, professional experience in a dynamic retail environment.
