Job Description
NIKE Cannock is looking for a temporary part-time Sales Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.
What you bring
- Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Full weekend availability.
