About the role

Nike Cheshire Oaks is looking for a Temporary Retail Assistant, known as an Athlete in Nike retail stores, to provide world-class service to consumers. A 14-hour contract is available.

What you bring

• Use exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Develop your knowledge through tools and training courses.

Qualifications and availability

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time availability with weekends, some weekdays and evenings, and overtime as needed.
