What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Availability

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
