As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. Working as part of one team, you will help deliver the ultimate Nike store experience while building brand trust and loyalty.
Availability and hours
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
Part-time retail roles are typically scheduled for 8–38 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as required.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods may be required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK by the proposed employment start date.
