Retail Assistant Athlete PT 8H - Leicester

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Assistant Athlete to join its Leicester store team. Nike Retail Associates, known as Athletes, bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.

• Serve consumers and provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
• Build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Understand consumer needs and guide them to products that elevate their performance.
• Maintain product knowledge, honor details, and keep the store sharp.
• Build connections with consumers and teammates while creating an inclusive environment.
• Communicate honestly and demonstrate reliability in every interaction.

Hours and Scheduling

Part-time retail employment is generally 8–38 hours per week. Standard shifts are typically scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Availability requirements may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, depending on store needs.
