The role

NIKE Leeds City Centre is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant, called an “athlete” in Nike retail stores, to provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Deliver exceptional consumer service and a premium brand experience through product knowledge.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Develop product, service, culture, and sales-trend knowledge through tools and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Availability

• Part-time, 8 hours per week.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Available between 9am and 9pm.
