The role

Nike Kildare is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. An 8-hour contract is available, with flexibility for overtime.

What you bring

• Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.

Availability

• Part-time.
• Full availability over weekends required.
• Availability on some weekdays and evenings required.
• Flexible to work overtime.
