NIKE, Inc. is looking for an 8-hour part-time Athlete to join the Nike Groningen team and provide world-class service to consumers. At Nike retail stores, retail assistants are called Athletes.
What you bring
- Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers, known as Coaches, in training new employees.
- Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Develop product, service, culture, and sales-trend knowledge through Nike tools and training courses.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must communicate effectively in Dutch and English.
- Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
