NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Part Time Retail Assistant, known as an “athlete” in NIKE retail stores, to join the team at Nike Maasmechelen and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
