Role overview
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them. You work in the store to build brand trust and loyalty while contributing to a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
The goal is to serve consumers and provide them with the ultimate Nike store experience.
Scheduling and hours
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Part-time: 8–38 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK by the proposed employment start date.
