About the role

Nike Kildare is looking for the next part-time Retail Assistant, known as an "Athlete" in Nike stores, to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. This is a 20-hour contract with full flexibility across seven days of the week.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improve product, service, culture, and sales-trend knowledge through tools and training courses.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Availability

• Part-time.
• Full availability over weekends required.
• Availability on weekdays and evenings required.
• Flexible to work overtime.
