Nike Birmingham One Stop Perry Barr is looking for a part-time 20-hour Retail Assistant with full weekend availability to provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, according to store needs.
• Availability during store opening hours, including evenings and Saturdays and Sundays.
