Retail Assistant Athlete PT 16H - Birmingham One Stop Perry Barr

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a part-time 16-hour Retail Assistant with full weekend availability to join the team at Nike Birmingham One Stop Perry Barr and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments by operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Availability to work flexibly during store opening hours, including evenings and Saturday and Sunday.
