Nike Mansfield is looking for the next Retail Assistant, known as an Athlete in Nike retail stores, to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers. A 14-hour contract is available.
What you bring
- Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers, known as Coaches, in training new employees.
- Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor and building visual displays.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Improve knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, Nike products, services and culture.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on store needs.
Availability
- Part-time.
- Must be available weekends.
- Must be available some weekdays.
- Flexible to work overtime.
