Retail Assistant Athlete - Operations (40h) - Nike Oxford Circus

Nike Oxford Circus is looking for a full-time Retail Assistant to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.

As an Operations Athlete, you will play a crucial role in the effective running of the store. You will focus on stock, processes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring that all goods are received and processed accurately. You will help maintain a back-of-house environment that reflects the energy, passion, and innovation consumers experience on the shop floor.

What you bring

• Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments by operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to help reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, according to department and store needs.
• 40-hour contract with flexibility to work across all seven days of the week.
