Retail Assistant Athlete - Operations (20H) - Nike Oxford Circus

Nike Oxford Circus is looking for a part-time Retail Assistant Athlete to join the team and provide world-class service to consumers.

As an Operations Athlete, you will play a crucial role in the effective running of the store. You will focus on stock, processes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring all goods are received and processed accurately. You will also help maintain a back-of-house environment that reflects the energy, passion, and innovation consumers experience on the shop floor.

What you bring

• Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
• Availability for 20 hours per week: four fully flexible days, or three fully flexible days and two half-days.
