Retail Assistant Athlete - Full Time - Nike Utrecht Overvecht

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a full-time Retail Assistant, known as an Athlete in Nike retail stores, to join the team at Nike Utrecht Overvecht and provide world-class service to consumers.

Available hours: 38 or 32 per week.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improve knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and provide a resume in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
