Retail Assistant (Athlete) – Full Time – Nike Roermond

Job Description

At NIKE retail stores, retail assistants are called “Athletes.” Nike Roermond is looking for a Full Time Athlete to provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
