Retail Assistant (Athlete) - Full Time (40 Hours) - King's Cross

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a 40-hour Retail Assistant (Athlete) to join the Nike King's Cross team and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, replenishing products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Build knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Availability

• 40 hours per week.
• Must be available evenings and Saturdays and Sundays.
