Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them, from living rooms to locker rooms, to move, dream, and dare.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. You’ll help build brand trust and loyalty while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Hours and Scheduling
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
- Full Time: 40 hours per week
- Part Time: 8–38 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on department and store needs.
- Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK by the proposed employment start date.
