About the role

Nike Blanchardstown is looking for a full-time Retail Assistant, known as an Athlete at Nike retail stores, to provide world-class service to consumers. This is a 40-hour contract with full flexibility over seven days of the week.

What you bring

• Use expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.
• Develop knowledge through tools and training courses.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
