Nike Birmingham One Stop Perry Barr is looking for a full-time, 40-hour Retail Assistant with full weekend availability to provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

• Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Support store departments by operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays.
• Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Use digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services in the store.
• Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
• Improve your knowledge through tools and training courses covering sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be available during store opening hours, including evenings and Saturdays and Sundays.
