Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leading institutional property management company in France. Within Crédit Agricole Immobilier Property Management, you will join the Major Accounts & Residential Department in Asnières and manage the technical, maintenance, safety, compliance and performance challenges of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
Reporting to the Major Accounts Director, you will lead, coordinate and optimise the technical management of a commercial property portfolio for a client. You will manage a team of 10 technical managers based in the Île-de-France region.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for the client and the primary point of entry for the mandate.
- Lead the monthly technical committee and actively participate in cross-functional committees.
- Monitor client priorities and satisfaction, ensure compliance with mandate obligations, and implement new processes and tools.
- Control objectives and present performance indicators at dedicated committees.
- Analyse client complaints and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Organise and allocate team activities according to priorities and complexity.
- Provide close management, set individual and collective objectives, establish team routines and share best practices.
- Support teams in resolving complex technical issues and develop their skills.
- Coordinate regional employees to ensure compliance with national mandate obligations.
- Ensure sustainable technical management, operational reliability, long-term value and technical enhancement of the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Manage maintenance contracts and service quality, monitor technical developments, and participate in client consultations and tenders.
- Supervise multi-year works plans and their monitoring through dedicated tools.
- Control budgets, commitments and expenditure, analyse variances, and monitor performance indicators.
- Contribute to cost optimisation and propose corrective measures.
Requirements
You have higher education from an engineering school or equivalent, specialising in real estate, maintenance or engineering. You have significant experience managing a commercial property portfolio and successful initial experience managing a team.
Technical skills include general building maintenance, contract management, technical equipment, risk management, regulations applicable to commercial buildings and establishments open to the public, and energy performance. You should demonstrate leadership, organisation, client focus, decision-making ability and ease working with geographically dispersed teams. An interest in digital solutions and strong Excel skills are required; knowledge of ALTAIX is an advantage.
Occasional travel to regional locations is required. This is a management position.
