At Capgemini Invent, we are looking for an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant with strong supply chain and RELEX platform expertise to support and deliver end-to-end transformation engagements.

Your Role

You will help clients design, implement and optimise planning solutions enabled by RELEX, translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions across demand planning, supply planning, replenishment and inventory optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Shape solution designs, contribute to RFP and RFI responses, demos and commercial discussions, and build trusted client relationships.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead workstreams across RELEX implementation and optimisation programmes; translate requirements into functional and technical designs; configure RELEX modules; drive integrations; and support testing, cutover, stabilisation and continuous improvement.
  • Programme and Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders, provide recommendations and progress updates, align delivery with business outcomes, and produce executive-ready outputs.
  • Collaboration and Capability Building: Work across consulting, data and engineering teams, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to RELEX assets and best practices.
  • Practice Contribution: Support proposition development, go-to-market initiatives, reusable accelerators, methodologies, recruitment, training and thought leadership.

Your Profile

  • Experience delivering RELEX implementation projects from a client, consulting or vendor perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of RELEX modules such as Forecasting and Replenishment, Promotion Planning, and Space and Assortment.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements and system configuration.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Understanding of demand planning, supply or inventory planning, replenishment, promotions or forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Current experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
