Your team
Within the Transverse business line of the Market Solutions Operations business line, you will join the Regulatory Reporting team of 10 people. The team is organised between France and Luxembourg, with distinct regulatory reporting scopes related to local Market Solutions activities.
We are recruiting a Reporting Officer to join our team responsible for regulatory filings.
Your responsibilities
You will work for CACEIS and its clients, contributing directly to an activity impacting international financial markets. You will work with international teams in Luxembourg, Kuala Lumpur and Montreal.
- Manage regulatory reporting and declare transactions to national regulators, including AMF, FSA, FINMA, PRA and FINRA.
- Produce client reports, including EMIR, SFTR and MIFIR reports, within regulatory deadlines.
- Implement necessary corrections.
- Monitor the integration of transactions on regulatory platforms, launch processes and analyse errors.
- Monitor responses from national regulators.
- Participate in process and control improvements.
- Ensure the proper operation of IT reconciliation tools.
- Work with Client Services teams to support clients during implementation of the service.
- Participate in project committees and client meetings to monitor the activity.
- Respond to requests from auditors, clients and regulators.
Profile
- Master's degree in finance or management, with an interest in market regulations.
- Initial experience in back-office operations management or regulatory reporting in a banking or financial services group.
- Knowledge of investment funds, financial products and ideally international regulations such as EMIR, MIFIR and SFTR.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Rigorous, analytical, methodical and organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Good command of Excel and Access, with solid VBA fundamentals.
- Professional English proficiency.
The position is hybrid. The CACEIS employment reference title is Business Coordinator. This is a non-management executive position.
