Mission / Role Summary

Lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions in regional deployments, ensuring that AI agents meet enterprise requirements for scalability, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
  • Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design.
  • Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards.
  • Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments.
  • Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges.
  • Collaborate with central platform and governance teams.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks.
  • Experience designing production-grade distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
  • Ability to assess trade-offs such as autonomy versus control and cost versus performance.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with tools such as LangGraph, n8n, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments.
  • Background in ITSM or managed services automation.

Experience Profile

  • 8–15+ years in architecture roles, including solution, systems, or platform architecture.
  • Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems.

Essential Criteria – SC Eligibility

To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
