Mission / Role Summary
Lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions in regional deployments, ensuring that AI agents meet enterprise requirements for scalability, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
- Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design.
- Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions.
- Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards.
- Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments.
- Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges.
- Collaborate with central platform and governance teams.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks.
- Experience designing production-grade distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to assess trade-offs such as autonomy versus control and cost versus performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools such as LangGraph, n8n, and orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments.
- Background in ITSM or managed services automation.
Experience Profile
- 8–15+ years in architecture roles, including solution, systems, or platform architecture.
- Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems.
