Capgemini Invent’s Enterprise Transformation team is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Workforce & Organization capability. The role focuses on helping organizations adapt their workforce, operating models, and ways of working through strategy, talent, culture, technology, and AI-enabled transformation.
Your role
- Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
- Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into adoption plans, KPIs, and corrective actions.
- Design and facilitate workshops for executives, leaders, and impacted teams.
- Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured transformation roadmap recommendations.
- Shape organizational change deliverables such as stakeholder maps, governance, and RACI models.
- Coach junior team members and partner with business and technology teams.
Skills and experience
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
- Ability to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- 5–8 years of OCM or transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
- Ability to connect change activities to outcomes and adoption metrics.
- Fluency with OCM frameworks, adoption measurement, and agentic workflows.
Compensation and benefits
The base compensation range is $105,600–$199,480. The role may also be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
