Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Seek out applicants from around the globe.
- Qualify candidates with Business Developers.
- Pre-screen candidates and produce shortlists.
- Conduct telephone, face-to-face, and Teams interviews.
- Negotiate contractual conditions.
- Maintain the candidate database and administration.
- Develop new ways to attract applicants.
- Maintain the pipeline of open applications.
- Participate in and support marketing events and conferences.
- Support other projects depending on business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in international recruitment and working with diverse cultures.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Native or near-native German language skills.
