As a R2R Strategy and Transformation Consultant focusing on R2R processes, you will help clients revolutionize their finance operations by designing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and measurable business impact.
Your tasks
- Partner with international clients to analyze and redesign R2R processes, identifying automation and technology-driven improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to high-impact finance transformation projects delivering measurable business value.
- Participate in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, helping shape future-state finance organizations.
- Apply R2R expertise to recommend solutions improving efficiency, controls, and management insight.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and client Subject Matter Experts to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Support ERP and finance system implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Oracle.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas into transformation initiatives.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation or R2R processes, with a strong interest in process improvement and automation.
- Good understanding of R2R process flows and finance operations.
- Experience working with or around ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
