Job Description
- Implement, maintain and continuously improve automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks, reusable test components and quality engineering solutions.
- Implement and assure the quality of product increments, including test automation, CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing, and defect management.
- Develop and execute automated UI, API, integration, regression and end-to-end test suites.
- Perform root cause analysis, defect tracking, quality risk assessment and continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Create and maintain test strategies, test cases, quality metrics and technical documentation.
- You build it – you test it – you run it.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation or a related field.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Mandarin speaker.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in UI and API test automation.
- Experience with open-source technologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- IT, software testing or programming-related certification is an advantage.
