We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead AIML to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, deep learning, multi-agent frameworks, Generative AI and MLOps practices, together with an R&D-driven mindset.
Total experience expected: 10–14 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for advanced Generative AI applications.
- Oversee LLM fine-tuning, optimization and evaluation strategies.
- Lead modular AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen and CrewAI.
- Architect scalable AI deployments on AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Drive MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
- Oversee ML pipelines using Apache Airflow, MLflow and DBT.
- Guide NER and deep learning solutions using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Lead integration of multimodal LLMs and OCR technologies.
- Design robust FastAPI APIs for scalable model serving.
- Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor and upskill ML/AI engineers.
- Evaluate emerging AI and ML technologies and guide their adoption.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Python, natural language processing and the LLM ecosystem.
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LLM fine-tuning and custom distilled models.
- Strong ML pipeline architecture, data orchestration and cloud-native ML experience.
- Hands-on TensorFlow and PyTorch experience, particularly for NER and NLP tasks.
- Knowledge of multimodal models and OCR systems.
- Experience architecting FastAPI-based APIs for high-throughput ML services.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
- Experience implementing MLOps, CI/CD and production-grade ML systems.
- Leadership in delivering AI solutions at scale and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication and mentoring skills.
