At adidas, we are seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate for the Vero Beach Outlets in Vero Beach, Florida. Store Associates create emotional connections with customers, represent the adidas brand, and collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities and expectations

• Exceed customer expectations and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with the store team.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, operating a Brannock device, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
