Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The role requires regularly talking or hearing and frequently standing, walking, using hands, and reaching. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The role frequently requires lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
Benefits and compensation
Eligible part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, fertility, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits, depending on hours worked and eligibility. The anticipated base pay range is $17.25–$22.43 per hour.
