We are looking for Store Associates who are creators, confident retail professionals, and collaborators who can build customer relationships and work with their team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
- Hours are part time and will vary based on business needs.
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
Physical requirements
The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and must be able to perform additional physical activities required in the role.
Benefits and compensation
Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, fertility, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium benefits depending on hours worked and eligibility. The anticipated base pay range is $16.90-$21.97.
