Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Physical requirements

The role regularly requires talking or hearing and frequently requires standing, walking, using hands, and reaching. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The anticipated base pay range is $15.95–$20.74 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
