P/T Retail Store Associate - Outlet at Tejon, 6247, Arvin, CA

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, reaching, handling merchandise, and operating a Brannock device.
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $16.90-$21.97 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
