Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Physical requirements

The employee must regularly talk or hear and frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Benefits and compensation

Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits, subject to eligibility and hours worked. The anticipated base pay range is $16.00–$20.80.
