Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and perform other physical activities required in a retail environment.
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Benefits and compensation

Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits, subject to eligibility and hours worked.

The anticipated base pay range is $19.65–$25.55 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
