Responsibilities and expectations
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The employee must regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach; and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The role frequently requires lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
