Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The role requires regularly talking and hearing; frequently standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds; and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds is required. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
Benefits and compensation
Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, fertility, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits depending on hours worked and eligibility. The anticipated base pay range is $17.30-$22.49.
