We are looking for Store Associates who are creators, confident customer advocates, and collaborators. Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, create an emotional connection with every customer, and work with your team to achieve a common goal.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical Requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Additional requirements include talking, hearing, operating a Brannock device, and various vision abilities.
