Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, reaching, handling merchandise, and operating a Brannock device.
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Benefits and compensation
Part-time employees may be eligible for medical coverage, prescription drug coverage, fertility support, vision services, a 401(k) plan, a stock purchase plan with employer match, education assistance, monthly and quarterly incentives, prorated flexible time off, and premium pay for designated retail holidays, depending on eligibility and hours worked.
The anticipated base pay range is $17.00–$22.10 per hour. Actual pay depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
