Store Associates are passionate adidas Brand ambassadors who exceed customer expectations, create emotional connections with customers, and collaborate with their teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements
The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
