Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The role regularly requires talking or hearing and frequently requires standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and handling merchandise. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Benefits and compensation
adidas offers eligible part-time employees medical, prescription drug, fertility, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentives, flexible time off, and premium holiday pay benefits, depending on hours worked and eligibility. The anticipated base pay range is $17.30-$22.49 per hour. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.
