Position Details
- Location: Converse Lovejoy Wharf, Boston, MA
- Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Hourly rate: $21.50–$27.95, varying based on location, qualifications, skills and experience
Responsibilities
As a Customization Associate, you will be an ambassador for Converse customization and the brand by delivering premium service and creating unique, personal and customized experiences for consumers.
- Help customers design sneakers, tees, hoodies, bags, notebooks and other customized products.
- Identify personalization needs and schedule design appointments.
- Follow up on orders and manage clientele relationships.
- Create loyal customers through service commitment and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to translate consumers' design visions into outstanding customized products.
- Knowledge of style, product, design and current trends.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences and strong customer service skills when handling support issues.
