Your Role
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites. Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness. Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting. Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, or digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
- Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related technology projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
