HEINEKEN Global Procurement is seeking a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to drive high-impact projects at the intersection of business and technology across its global procurement organization.

What will you do?

  • Lead the enablement of procurement initiatives across HEINEKEN’s global procurement landscape using data and technology.
  • Work with Category teams, Digital & Technology, operating companies and suppliers to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects supporting Source-to-Pay processes and category-specific procurement capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into clear project scopes, objectives and delivery plans.
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Perform capability assessments across structure, process, people, governance and technology.
  • Co-create business cases with Category teams and Business Control.
  • Drive measurable and sustainable business value.
  • Engage stakeholders across functions, seniority levels and geographies, ensuring alignment and adoption.
